We are looking to build upon our reputation as a trusted partner delivering high quality, Intelligent Automation solutions (including software robotics, process automation, workflow and AI), increasing the size and scope of our team to deliver the higher project workload that we have been acquiring in the last few months and to sustain this into the future.
Our primary focus at the moment is in the government and financial services sectors, and we also have a significant customer base in logistics, legal, consumer goods.
Requirements
Consultants are the heart of our business they do everything from helping the customer understand their needs to bringing those needs to life with an automation solution as well as showing the core competences required to design and build something valuable in a rapid and agile way.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around 2 years of experience using Appian (experience in other similar technologies, particularly Blue Prism would be a bonus), to join a growing team and develop both their consultancy and leadership skills within the fast-moving sector of intelligent automation, defining and delivering practical solutions.
The key responsibilities are:
- Deliver solution components for customer using our core automation technologies (at present primarily Appian and Blue Prism)
- Help our customers to use the solutions we have delivered
- Organise and Document solutions appropriately
- Follow the ‘convedo way’ development principles and methods
- Achieve advanced level certification following the programmes of our key technology partners
- Work on internal projects to develop new products and enhance our marketing offerings
- Assist in pre-sales activities to highlight convedo’s product and services offerings
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all relations with colleagues, customers and partners
- Lead and coach more junior team members to achieve better overall results for the company
To be successful in this role you will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and you must have at least 2 years of experience delivering solutions using Digital Process Automation, in particular Appian. Additional Software Robotics, Artificial Intelligent (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) skills will also be valuable.
You should be able to demonstrate the following strengths:

Ideally you will also have some experience and interest in or more of the following areas:
- Business process analysis and design
- Cloud architecture (particularly AWS and MS Azure)
- API definition and design
- Information Security practices
- Mathematical modelling
- Data and Process Mining
- Agile Project Methodology
