About the role

We are looking for a B2B Product Marketing amp; Lead Generation Manager to strengthen our brand and help us conquer the CyberSec world. You will be working with our Marketing Manager, while collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Success, Design, Product, and Data teams.

Main goal? Establish our B2B brand’s positioning within the market and assist sales with inbound and outbound marketing campaigns that drive enterprise demand generation.

For this role, you have to be creative, curious by nature, and in love with tech and product marketing. You should have professional experience handling various product marketing techniques and concepts, such as buyer personas, user interviewing, value proposition, competition landscape mapping, GTM strategy, and other contemporary frameworks of product marketing. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable and impactful plans to position and promote existing and future products and features. Key area of responsibility will be the Hack The Box enterprise offerings (B2B), while shaping Parrot OS brand (Parrot OS is an open-source Operating System (OS) with which HTB has partnered to revolutionise the hacking experience).


About Hack The Box

Hack The Box is an online platform that allows its users to test, train and enhance their penetration testing skills as well as to exchange ideas and methodologies with other members of similar interests by playing with real-world security issues and vulnerabilities, that are constantly refreshed. HTB community consists of over 420k cybersecurity enthusiasts who use our platform to build their skills in a fun and gamified way. Apart from the community, our b2b solution is used by over 700 corporations, consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and education institutes to train their personnel on cybersecurity


Responsibilities
  • Build close partnerships with Product Management and Sales
  • Shape buyer personas, USPs, and messaging points for our products
  • Generate GTM strategies and form clear value propositions
  • Conduct market research, user interviews, and product surveys
  • Plan marketing launches for new products along with the marketing team and manage the post-launch evaluation
  • Monitor the market and be on top of industry trends and needs
  • Manage all product marketing data and insights (e.g. user behavior within the platforms - map out the user journey after they land on the website and sign up)
  • Optimize external website and internal platform to enable churn-less user journeys
  • Manage and create B2B Product Marketing content and campaigns to drive website traffic and leads (e.g. webinars, email marketing, virtual/on-site events, presales material, brochures, etc.)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of working experience in product marketing and tech
  • Familiarity with PMM processes, frameworks, tools, and tactics formation and execution
  • Eagerness to take initiative and manage projects from zero to hero; strong project management skills
  • Attention to detail and high-quality of work
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn’tworking
  • Excellent communication skills; must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer
  • Passionate about your field (PMM)
  • Avid learner and fearless when it comes to entering unknown knowledge territories
  • Cybersecurity knowledge/experience is a big plus
  • Team player and hacker at heart
