Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Content Marketing Manager to create customer-centric, educational, inspirational content that increases brand awareness, educates prospects/customers, facilitates product consideration and drives conversions. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day creation of content across multiple formats, including blogs, infographics, case studies, research studies, trend reports, guidebooks, white papers, webinars, product one pagers, newsletters, videos and more. To be successful in this role, you must be a powerful storyteller and a project management wiz. You must have a strong track record of creating and executing content within deadlines and of the highest quality standards.

Telling stories should be at the heart of everything you do in this role, while also being strategically focused on how our content maps against each stage of our buyers’ journey (from awareness to consideration to commitment to retention) and drives impactful results for the business. You should always be thinking about how we tell stories that our audience (i.e. enterprises, small businesses, entrepreneurs) care about, while also educating and empowering them with unique insights, data and best practices.

What we are looking for

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager to help build and execute our strategic enterprise marketing efforts. This role will own the Account Based Marketing strategy for our most strategic accounts.

The role requires to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups, including sales and marketing leadership, investor and founder networks, partner organizations and research amp; advisory firms to strategically design the global enterprise marketing initiatives as well as developing regional programs.

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a growth mindset, a data-informed approach, strong collaboration skills, and a steadfast drive to deliver results. The role will be hands-on; with an agile and lean team, there will be lots of execution, lots of learning and a lot of room for growth. This role will work directly with the Director, Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Account Based Marketing including strategy planning and execution to deliver on the enterprise marketing goals and objectives.
  • Understand customer requirements and market opportunities for input into Enterprise GTM and marketing plans. Campaigns will target existing customers for ‘expand‘ opportunities as well as ‘land’ opportunities for new prospects
  • Develop the enterprise marketing playbook, marketing frameworks and standard operating procedures to support all GTM and integrated campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for integrated campaigns across multiple channels and drive enterprise pipeline
  • Work in collaboration with revenue teams globally to equip them with all the tools for success including collateral and training
  • Manage and monitor dedicated marketing spend, optimize marketing results with clear ROI reporting
  • Run market, customer, and competitive analysis Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market
  • Develop and manage analyst relationships with research amp; advisory firms
  • Build brand credibility through customer and partner advocacy on appropriate portals and through collateral (in collaboration with the content and design teams

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience (4+ in enterprise tech) with expertise in a scaling and fast growing global start-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing at a minimum.
  • An ability to understand tech and business software
  • Ability to build and manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders including leadership teams, investor networks, C-level executives, business process owners.
  • Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - and a love for working in highly cross-functional environments
  • Superb stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating relationships and prioritizing asks
  • The ability to think on your feet, and to digest information quickly to determine the appropriate way forward
  • Ability to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies
