With an ever expanding team of 180+ people in Brighton UK, offices in Brooklyn’s Industry City, and now Berlin! MPB is looking for an experienced Dispatch Sub Team Leader to join an energetic company of like-minded people where every employee has the opportunity to make an impact and grow.
About the role
Based at our Brighton based warehouse, you will work closely with the dispatch team leader to ensure all orders are picked, packed and shipped meticulously to ensure our customers are always happy with their purchase.
Key Responsibilities of Dispatch Sub Team Leader:
- Printing all sale invoices in preparation for the picking of customer orders
- Managing the dispatch picking team and ensuring the team are organised on a day to day basis.
- Overseeing the quality of products and the picking of them. Ensuring customers always receive the best possible presentation.
- Stockroom organisation and working with the inventory manager to find any missing items.
- Communicating with internal teams offering regular updates and raising problems
- Management and ordering of our fully recycled packaging solution.
Requirements
- Highly organised
- Great Attention to detail, meticulous approach
- Motivated and strong work ethic
- Friendly and with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Previous management experience
Even Better If:
An interest in photography and/or videography is also a helpful start in the Dispatch team, but we do welcome those with less knowledge of our marketplace product who are willing to jump in the deep end and learn.
