About the role

As an Analyst on the Implementation Team, you will be working directly with our customers to configure the orgvue platform to meet their specific business requirements. You will be working alongside other members of the Implementation, Advisory, and Client Success Teams to support the on-boarding of all new customers to the orgvue platform through a standardised delivery approach. You will also be working closely with the orgvue Engineering and Product teams to continuously evolve our Implementation methodology and technology based on feedback from our customers over time. By driving continuous standardisation in our approaches you will be directly contributing to the scalability of our offerings, and ultimately the growth trajectory of the overall orgvue business. This role is based at our company headquarters in London, UK.

What you will be doing

  • Be a key part of multiple customer account teams, supporting new customers through technical configuration and training for the orgvue platform; setting customers up for long-term success
  • Working directly with customer administrators and other business stakeholders
  • Work with other members of the Implementation Team to refine and evolve our delivery methodology over time (driving consistency across all new customer engagements)
  • Work with the Advisory Team to review new use cases developed using in the orgvue platform, and help to incorporate standardised aspects of those solutions to be included in future Implementation offerings
  • Work with the Engineering and Product Teams to present customer feedback in order to drive continuous improvements in our technology enablers (Implementation Hub, Hosted Blender, Settings)
  • Support the Client Success Team when additional technical support is beneficial to the long-term success of our existing key accounts

  • You are confident in your ability to work independently with our customers, leading workshops to gather requirements for successful platform configuration
  • You enjoy working across multi-disciplinary teams within the orgvue business (Advisory, Engineering, Product, Client Success)

Requirements

Preferred Knowledge amp; Skills

  • You are a recent graduate and you can demonstrate some industry experience where you have worked directly with customers to solve business challenges.
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Sciences, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
  • Prior experience implementing other software platforms for customers is a plus.
  • Prior experience in software product management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data analysis skills essential; knowledge of statistics modelling is preferred.
  • Prior experience with analytics tool such as Tableau, SQL, R, Python or MATLAB is a plus.
