Job Description

Accounts Assistant is needed to support the Wunderman Thompson Commerce Finance team. It is a full-time role to cover maternity cover (6 months FTC), 5 days and 37.5 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities

  • Update customer PO trackers with new CCNs, SOWs and PO’s
  • Raising and posting of sales invoices to clients and into Sage, 150-200 invoices per month.
  • Credit control and report weekly debt report to management.
  • Employees expenses processing and payment
  • Prepare expenses report and invoice chargeable expenses to clients
  • Allocation of bank receipts and direct debit payments
  • Reviewing and analysing credit card entries
  • Maintaining starters and leavers in Concur
  • Credit checks for new customers and follow set up process
  • Assisting with timesheet system administration
  • Filing of all sales ledger paperwork
  • Ad-hoc assistance to Finance Manager

We need you to be really great at:

Required

  • Experienced in sales ledger and credit control
  • Proficient in use of IT systems, Accounting systems and Excel
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels and build good relationships, both internally and externally, whilst maintaining professionalism, control and integrity
  • Some experience of the IT Services Industry would be an advantage, but not essential
