The Role

A champion and role model of Treatwell’s culture and values, the People Operations Manager will be responsible for creating a seamless experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle for our UK and Irish markets.

Reporting into the People Operations amp; Talent Acquisition Director, Northern Europe with close connections to senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll be the go-to person on the ground for all local leaders and employees.

Working collaboratively with fellow local People Operations Managers, you will ensure an aligned and consistent approach to people operations across the business, delivering exceptional results against the People Team strategy.

You Will

  • Autonomously manage tasks raised via our People Support Portal including team, employee and salary changes amp; employee information requests .
  • People systems administration and ensuring the quality amp; accuracy of local people data. Confident preparing reports; analysing data and communicating with leaders.
  • Train, develop and manage a People Operations Executive, working collaboratively to support the UKIE market
  • Manage the monthly payroll process for the UKIE markets. You will be the point of contact for all payroll queries.
  • Manage and support leaders with all local employee relations issues including performance, disciplinaries amp; grievances, employee absences and dismissals.
  • Deep understanding of local HR legislation, take ownership for keeping up to date on the law amp; any changes, forming a successful partnership with the Legal team.
  • Monitor our core HR processes and policies, from planning through to actioning necessary changes both locally amp; across the group.
  • Work with leaders to drive employee engagement, including responding to and actioning on Peakon feedback, identifying overall areas for improvement, innovation and change.
  • Working collaboratively with the Directors of People Operations and Talent to deliver on key strategic projects across areas such as performance, onboarding, recognition amp; more.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and implementation of People-centric HR solutions, by staying ahead of the latest industry trends and ensuring scalability.

Interview Process

All shortlisted applicants will be invited to a phone interview with our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll then have an interview with our People Operations amp; Talent Acquisition Director and our Senior Commercial Finance Manager, followed by a final discussion with our People Operations Support Executive. Currently all face to face interviews are over google hangout.
