Rovco is looking for a bright and proactive HR amp; Recruitment Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding cloud robotics business focused on the energy transition space. At Rovco we believe in putting innovation to work, creating value with novel technology mainly for our existing clients in offshore renewable wind energy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in either internal recruitment, talent acquisition or HR and is keen to learn on the job but have some previous experience in either resourcing (using boolean strings) and managing candidates through selection and onboarding.
This is a fast-paced environment so the ideal candidate like challenges and have excellent prioritisation skills.
The successful candidate will be providing support in both recruitment activities and HR tasks. The detailed duties of the role include (but not limited to):
- Track contractor movements on and off projects (to keep contractor cost tracker up to date)
- Employee and contractor onboarding from creating contracts and preparing the onboarding process
- Track certifications for offshore personnel
- Track/check/verify invoices submitted by personnel agencies
- Collects and compile contractor competency/feedback forms (submitted by OM or PC)
- Raise PO’s for the contractor invoices and internal team spend
- Candidate resourcing on LinkedIn and initial communication
- Regret candidates on pipelines using Rovco's applicant tracking system
- Manage the recruitment inbox on a weekly basis
- Weekly refresh of job postings
- Book travel and accommodation for offshore personnel
- Interviewing candidates
Requirements
- Existing experience in an HR or in-house / RPO Recruitment related position
- Honest, direct, and approachable personality
- Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to keep all information confidential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willing to take on responsibility and resilience to work under pressure
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Availability for occasional weekend work on an "on-call" basis
- Relevant educational background is a plus
