Requirements

This role sits within our Initial Medical Services, a market leader in the collection and disposal of clinical, hazardous and offensive waste streams. Our markets cover all healthcare sectors including dentists, doctors and nursing homes. We are a truly national company with a network of seven branches spanning the country.

You will be part of a team having overall control and responsibility for the daily function of the service routes of the Bristol branch. Your key relationships will be with the Branch Manager, Service Manager and Service Supervisor as well as our valued customers.

The main responsibilities and duties of this role will include the following:

  • Planning daily service routes
  • Control and management of service documentation
  • Ensuring service routes are completed as required
  • High Volume data entry using our in house systems
  • Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Production of monthly and quarterly management data

The ideal candidate will possess previous administrative experience with good IT skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel with a high degree of accuracy. You must be able to work on your own initiative, but also be a good team player and have the ability to work well under pressure.

You will also have a professional and confident telephone manner with a strong ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with the team, internal and external customers. Previous experience in transport or logistics would be an advantage.

In return we offer you a competitive salary of 17,474 basic and an opportunity to earn a monthly bonus upon completion of required targets.
