Job Description
Corin is seeking a Senior Production Planner to deliver production planning services that supports the timely delivery of work by the Cirencester factory. The Senior Production Planner works centrally, covering multiple areas of the business, ensuring effective production planning by integrating and improving planning processes across Corin with a particular focus on systems, master data and data integrity.
Working across Corin’s business systems including planning (Access Orchestrate), MES (Mestec), PLM (Teamcenter), and SAGE MRP you will help drive planning and operational efficiencies. You will become a key driver of operational improvements using data derived insights to recommend and implement change.

The key responsibilities of the Senior Production Planner - Systems are to:
- Support and improve operational planning processes; ensuring that work is effectively and efficiently planned - across Corin Operations.
- Use your planning and data analysis skills to plan and prioritize operations and ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Provide insight into the quality of master data, and how to improve it, and work well and help others use Orchestrate, Mestec, RCCP and BI tools
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products. Be a 'go to' person for operational planning expertise.
- Be the subject matter expert for key systems, promoting their adoption and coaching colleagues in their use.
Requirements
The Ideal Senior Production Planner - Systems will have / be:
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Or degree in basic science (mathematics, physics) or computer science.
- Proven experience as production planner
- Experience in the digital environment using algorithm-based planning systems, ideally Access Orchestrate.
- Sound understanding of statistics and finite element modelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, maths, and multi-tasking skills.
