Job Description
What you'll do
As our UX designer you will be responsible for crafting and improving our user experience to make it as clear, as hassle-free and as efficient as possible. You will analyse our customer needs and behaviours, generate ideas and concepts to address their issues, prototype designs and test them with users. You will work with various teams throughout the business to gather insights, engage with customers and iterate through ideas. And you will collaborate closely with the product development team to translate successful concepts into requirements and implement them in an agile way.

- Have significant experience as a UX designer for digital products, ideally in fast-paced environments
- Have a successful track-record of managing all phases of a design thinking process in an autonomous and pragmatic way
- Are passionate about delivering true competitive advantage through user experience
- Have solid framework, tools and techniques to navigate quickly from user research, to evaluation, prototyping, testing, and implementation
- Are proficient in using wireframes, prototyping and user flow tools and best practices
- See the wider business picture and excel at aligning your approach with key business goals

We are based in beautiful Brighton - sea, chips and seagulls included but currently work 100% remote. Post-pandemic we will be likely transitioning to a hybrid office and home-based model with travel to the office at least twice per month.
