Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside our Marketing Team, the eMarketing Sales Advisor will follow up on warm leads from various marketing led communications and manage inbound enquiries via our live chat portal to convert all potential sales. Post sale, you will manage your customer’s accounts providing them with a comprehensive telephone and web based service.

Data quality is incredibly important to us and you will ensure that customer information added to our Database/CRM System is of a high standard and 100% accurate ensuring we have everything we need to deliver a great service.

Our current eMarketing Sales Advisors have come from a truly varied background so you won’t need to have any knowledge of the fuel card or fleet product market to be successful as we will provide you with full training and support to become a subject matter expert, enabling you to give the best advice to our new and existing customers.

Duties amp; Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a full understanding of our products including fuel cards and the additional services we offer to our customers.
  • Plan amp; prioritise your pipeline and sales activities to achieve agreed targets.
  • On-board new customers through converting leads that have been generated through marketing activity
  • Manage the customers you convert for up to 6 months, with a keen focus on growing the customer value through usage and promotion of additional products.
  • Deliver a high quality of service, increasing business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to, and follow up sales enquiries using various communication tools including phone, web, email and chat.
  • Log information on calls and update all customer records on the CRM system.
  • Making sure all call back’s /courtesy calls are up to date on a daily basis.
  • Any other duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy in all areas.
  • Confident and professional manner.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Highly organised and doesn’t miss deadlines
  • Good standard of education preferably with a ‘C’ or equivalent in English and Math
  • Experience working in web sales is essential
  • Demonstrable evidence of achieving sales targets
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Word, Outlook and Excel.
