Your challenge:
With a 1500+ strong existing partner community, we are looking for someone who can build on the strengths of our existing portfolio by identifying and maximising commercial revenue opportunities and acquire the best new and established artists to join the platform. You will be working with the wider team to really expand on our Print on Demand Art categories to onboard designs that are going to change and improve the range.
What you'll be up to:
- Scouting for amazing art that our customers will love: on Instagram, online, at trade shows, wherever they're hiding- you'll find them!
- Know our shop inside-out; identify where we have trend, category or price-point gaps in our collections and fill them
- Reach out and excite artists to join Fy! Negotiate terms with the artists while successfully coaxing them through the sales funnel to convert them to Fy! Artists
- Ensuring a flawless partner acquisition and onboarding journey, actioning improvements and streamlining processes to improve conversion of leads
- Using our CRM to manage a lead pipeline of up to 500 artists and meticulously record all details
- Supporting the merchandising team analysing trends and curating commercially successful campaigns and shops
Within a year, you'll have killed it if:
- You are consistently hitting target by onboarding a high volume of products each month without compromising on style
- You are confident and comfortable managing a pipeline of leads
- You have brought on key artists which have improved our range
- You have identified gaps in our ranges and sourced artists to fill these
- You spot opportunities to expand existing artists ranges to improve sales
- People buy and the products you find
Who are we looking for?
First and foremost you've got a passion for the products we sell, shopping and social media. You're super ambitious and have a strong bias towards results and hitting targets. This role will suit someone who thrives off the wins.
- A bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of sales, buying or business development experience
- Passion and empathy for artists, brands and suppliers- you consider going to galleries and boutiques fun and not a chore
- You have a commercial mentality and a hunger for a fast-paced environment with constant change
- You love a challenge and are a solutions orientated person- you leave no stone unturned!
- Experience of running sales funnels is a must, using tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Hubspot, PipeDrive is a plus
- E-commerce and Start-Up experience is desirable
