The Role

As a Marketplace Executive, you will help to drive our brand, sales and performance across Myvitamins China through launching the brand onto local marketplaces, such as TMALL amp; Kaola.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and proactive marketing/e-commerce expert with a good can-do attitude.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Myvitamins marketplace, including managing Myvitamins TMALL account and launching Myvitamins Kaola.
  • Responsible for Pamp;L of Myvitamins marketplace with Revenue and GP targets.
  • Analyse e-commerce KPIs and data daily (using Excel, Google Analytics and other tools) to maximise sales opportunities, react accordingly, and formulate future strategy
  • Work closely with our Trust Partner and our China Team to develop and execute growth optimisation strategies.
  • Collaboration with wider teams, including NPD team, Central team to drive growth efficiently.
  • Oversee marketing content to increase click-through/conversion rates in line with brand creative guideline.
  • Monitor, test and optimise the customer experience on Myvitamins marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring managed accounts are working towards agreed KPIs
  • Working closely with the Global Head of Affiliates and country managers on the overall strategy
  • Implementing new initiatives and ensuring all new features / technology is being tested
  • Analysing affiliate and country performance data for Senior Leadership
  • Providing strategic guidance to the junior team members
  • Suggesting strategic insight to the wider marketing teams
  • Preparing and delivering reports on channel performance
  • Making quick judgement calls on performance data and implementing changes
  • Working closely with the junior team members providing training where needed
  • Building strong professional relationships internally with the wider marketing teams
  • Working with our affiliate network representatives (AWIN/CJ) and keeping a strong working relationship in place
  • Staying on top of industry trends and new features
  • Working with senior management on strategic challenges

Requirements

  • Native speaker and writer in Mandarin and fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience working with analytics platforms, like TMALL data, Tableau or Google Analytics)
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Strong project and time-management skills
  • Strong interest in the Sports
