Employing almost 150 staff, 40 sales professionals are supported by over 100 dedicated personnel operating from its Bristol city centre headquarters, to provide a first class customer relations and installation service.

What you’ll be doing:
As an Oak Tree Field Sales Consultant you’ll attend appointments booked by our in-house telesales team in customers’ homes; helping them realise their own vision using a creative consultative approach (with a little help from our bespoke design software).
Working with us, you’ll quickly become an expert on our extensive range of products.
Our marketing department spends 6m on advertising every year, all appointments we make are from calls that customers make to us, which creates an average of 500-600 weekly enquiries for our consultants to follow up on each week.
What we’re looking for:
You’re customer-focused. You talk and listen. Sales experience is great, but you don’t ‘sell’- you find solutions to problems. You’re a troubleshooter, committed to getting the best result for all concerned. Not just because it’s your job; but because you care.
You have a positive outlook. Energy and confidence set great sales people apart from the mediocre. People are drawn to positivity. And let’s be honest: we do business with people we like. You know how to handle rejection too: with a smile.

Our Field Sales Consultants pull in between 60,000 and 80,000 per year (OTE) on average. Our top Sales Consultant earns 100,000. And so can you.
