Mechanical and Electrical (Mamp;E) Technician

Z-Tech are looking for a Dual Skilled Technician with a background in Mechanical and Electrical or Electrical and Instrumentation to work mainly in the Pharmaceutical industry. This position is working shifts so you’ll be someone who is comfortable working days and nights on a rotating shift pattern.
So what’s involved?
You'll be identifying and solving faults, repairing or replacing components on the various electrical/mechanical equipment. Completing the PPM’s and calibrations schedule on boilers, generators, compressors, air conditioning units etc. Escorting contractors, reviewing RAMS and issuing permits.
You will be the sort of person that has been exposed to:
- Vessels, conveyors and pumps
- HVAC
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Goods Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Fault finding, Calibrations and PPMs
- Reviewing RAMS and issuing permits
You’ll be supplied with your own Z-Tech van and fuel card, Mobile Phone, Laptop, PPE and Tools as required.
To be successful:
- Successful completion of a minimum NVQ or Camp;G Level 3 Electrical
- Experience in working in an Industrial environment
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience or interest in working a 12hr shift system including days and nights
