Job Description

The role can be based from either our Newport or Bath office. We are presently working from home due to Covid 19 regulations but there will be an expectation to be in the office in the future.

Job Purpose

As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver complex, global recruitment campaigns focusing on directly sourcing the best talent. You’ll be aligned to one of our core business areas but you will need the agility to flex across multiple functions and geographies.

What will be expected of me in the role?

Business Partnering

  • Provide best in class support to business leaders and their teams on talent acquisition matters and guide hiring managers effectively through their hiring processes
  • Act as a senior member of the talent acquisition team, providing advice and mentoring to others in the team
  • Work closely with the People amp; Culture Business Partners on all talent acquisition matters
  • Take a data-driven approach to commercially partnering with the business using relevant internal and external insights.

Talent Acquisition

  • Craft successful talent acquisition strategies to deliver successful hires across a variety of roles and geographies.
  • Manage a high volume of specialist roles efficiently and effectively, focusing on quality of hire as well as speed of delivery.
  • Develop effective and impactful talent attraction campaigns across a variety of levels, regions and departments from entry-level to senior.
  • Use of technology (Workable) and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc) to ensure an effective and efficient sourcing and selection process.
  • Input into the design, implementation and ongoing management of the talent acquisition selection process within the business.
  • Support the Head of TA with the design and development of processes to support an effective talent acquisition experience for stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery against time, cost and quality of hire metrics
  • Custodian of the candidate experience, acting as a key ambassador for Future’s values.

Diversity amp; Inclusion

  • Ensure robust recruitment and selection processes to align to the business Damp;I objectives
  • Support the business to improve diversity and inclusion through working with hiring managers on innovative sourcing and selection strategies.

Governance

  • Ensure all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are met through our hiring and onboarding processes including right to work and reference checks.
  • Comply with all relevant legislation and employment policies including GDPR, Fair Labor Standards Act and Equality legislation.

Requirements

What do I need to succeed?

  • Extensive experience managing successful talent acquisition campaigns in a multinational environment. Experience of hiring in the USA or Europe is highly desirable
  • Experience of recruiting roles across Media, Central Functions or Technology would be very beneficial.
  • Proven track record of delivering high volumes of hires across various functions in multiple international regions
  • Stakeholder management skills. The ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation to influence, coach and challenge.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral. A passionate storyteller with the ability to ignite passion and fellowship from their team and the teams they service.
  • Problem solving. The ability to take a problem, assess the risks and make an informed plan of how to approach it proactively.
  • Technology savvy. Familiarity with effectively utilising recruitment technologies to run efficient recruitment campaigns.
  • Tenacious. Ability to work consistently and effectively in a very fast-paced, changeable environment
  • Global thinking. Ability to think multi-channel, multi-region.
  • Commercial acumen. The ability to adapt best practice to best fit approach.
