Job Description

Wolf amp; Badger is looking for a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for our supplier-facing dashboard and to lead how brands on our platform engage with us to reach new customers worldwide through our technology.

The role will focus on optimising our bespoke seller services tools, from onboarding and brand engagement, to communications, reporting, marketing and scaling up. You’ll work closely with both the ProdEng team and Brand Partnerships team, to coordinate business requirements, user needs and feasible solutions, taking full ownership of the interface used daily by 1,200+ suppliers on the Wolf amp; Badger platform.

What will you do?

  • Create a valuable product roadmap, collaborating closely with other teams
  • Clearly communicate and advocate for your strategy, while balancing demands of multiple stakeholders
  • Prioritise new features and issues for backlog refinement
  • Create well-defined user stories
  • Conduct rigorous testing and QA before product launch
  • Analyse platform usage and performance
  • Create rough sketches/lo-fidelity prototypes to illustrate ideas
  • Balance innovation with reducing tech debt and providing maintenance/support
  • Collaborate closely with ProdEng to ensure efficient and successful delivery of new products and features
  • Develop a deep understanding of our partner brands, their needs and behaviours, and their journey through the platform

Requirements

What do you need?

  • Experience working in Product Management for 3+ years
  • Very comfortable working with data
  • Excellent at communicating your ideas
  • Love of problem solving
  • Keen eye for visual design
  • Interest in user behaviour
  • Desire to build world class products and delightful user experiences

Also desirable:

  • Related degree
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Jira)
  • Ideally worked on a B2B product, or even better, B2B2C
  • Experience/interest working in retail technology or ecommerce
  • Experience/interest in working for a fast-growth scale-up business
