Working within our functions departments, you would be supporting all of our business globally

Requirements

Day to Day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and execute primary and secondary research using the most appropriate methodology. Commonly used methodologies currently include: card sorting, tree testing, heuristic evaluations, competitor/comparator reviews, qualitative interviews, and regular usability testing (both remote and in person)
• Plan, facilitate, and participate in workshops covering initial discovery, idea generation, user flows, and journey mapping
• Utilise multiple data sources (both quantitative and qualitative) to provide user-centric recommendations prioritised by value to business
• Sketch, wireframe, and rapidly iterate designs based on user feedback from usability studies and A/B tests
• Document and present research findings to all levels of the business through verbal presentations, written reports, and design documentation
• Liaise with developers to bring prototypes and wireframes to fruition and iterate post-launch based on further research
• QA builds to ensure they match the design specifications

Skills (essential)

• Preparing, leading, and moderating usability testing sessions, interviews, and workshops
• Ability to formulate and articulate ideas and actionable recommendations to multiple audiences
• Wireframing, from sketches to high fidelity prototypes (eg. Axure)
• Excellent understanding of user centred design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills, able to act independently and able to switch quickly between different projects
• A strong portfolio demonstrating examples of design work and process

Skills (desirable)

• Good understanding of web analytics (eg. Google Analytics)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or XD
• Knowledge of A/B and MVT testing

Preferred experience

• Undergraduate degree in design, user experience, human-computer interaction, related field or equivalent experience in a UX research/design role
• Experience working on B2B projects from initiation through to implementation such as email flows, site design, and IA
• Conducting research using both qualitative and quantitative methods
• Exposure to working with a multidisciplinary team
