The Operations Support Interns will assist with a variety of daily administrative tasks. This is a vital role which supports all areas of the business. Tasks will include booking all candidate accommodation, processing confirmation of bookings, shift amendments and cancellations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Amendments updating and communicating booking detail changes e.g. reference numbers, shift times or wards on the CRM
o Checklists completing checklists so nurses can be approved to work at their desired hospitals e.g. by checking candidate compliance levels, training expiry dates and specialities they can work in e.g. Aamp;E, Paediatrics, Midwifery etc.
o Changes amending all details in the CRM to a replacement nurse when the original nurse is unable to attend a booking and cover has been sourced
o Confirmation of Bookings (COB’s) adding booking information e.g. candidate profiles, wards/departments, pay rates, and booking reference to the CRM. Sending booking details to the nurse via text or email
o Availability adding and updating availability provided by nurses to a tracker. Sending the availability to the every few hours so they know when nurses are available, at which Hospital and which shift pattern
o Missed Availability adding missed availability to the tracker to record nurses’ availability that the Client Team have not been able to book
