Demand Generation Lead

We are Adarma, one of the largest, award-winning independent IT security services companies in the UK delivering cyber security solutions to our FTSE 350 clients. We have experienced rapid growth and it’s showing no signs of slowing down as we continue to expand into new markets and customers.

We have an opportunity for a CIM qualified Demand Generation Lead to join the team in either our London or Edinburgh office.

The successful candidate will build and own the demand generation strategy from inception to execution, budget management and reporting in partnership with members of the marketing function at Adarma. This role will primarily focus on the creation, growth and acceleration of pipeline for and with sales to enterprise and corporate accounts, utilising the full marketing mix and compelling routes to market. The successful candidate will be comfortable with the Cyber Security landscape.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create a demand generation strategy and platform to drive sales with enterprise amp; corporate customers
  • Build, shape amp; differentiate the Adarma brand through integrated demand generation strategies and tactics across the full marketing amp; communications mix
  • Build and shape our digital first demand generation plans to target prospects at every stage of the funnel
  • Define, assess the need, plan and execute an ABM strategy, in partnership with Sales amp; Bus Dev teams to drive focussed / targeted growth in key industries/ segments
  • Work in partnership with campaign, product and content marketers to define and create the assets needed for outbound campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing is providing the right data, and that the appropriate feedback loops are in place

Build amp; drive awareness, increase demand and convert leads into sales:

  • Develop lead generation strategies amp; close partnership with the sales team
  • Lead relationship and partnership with sales team to define marketing amp; sales processes, handovers and effective KPIs
  • Work with Partner to incorporate into the Adarma marketing mix
  • Improve the Business’ digital presence and expand upon its lead-generating resources starting with our website (e.g., thought leadership, whitepapers, blogs, technical artefacts)
  • Experience of operating in digital performance channels (e.g., search, LinkedIn) including building activity, targeting, managing ROI and iterating based on results
  • Setting up amp; implementing marketing automation and sales tooling- experience in Marketo/SFDC a plus- building a culture of this internally
  • Experienced in the use of marketing automation to nurture prospects through the pipeline using the above resources
  • Define appropriate measurements, tracking and ensure well understood

Requirements

  • CIM qualified with a degree or equivalent technical background
  • Significant B2B digital and demand marketing experience within the IT sector, software/ SAAS or professional services
  • Fluent in demand generation principles
  • Demonstrable experience creating a partnership between sales amp; marketing to drive scale
