What is your mission?

Your goal is to lead the team forward and enable us to constantly improve our efficiency. You will be in charge of the procurement of new features for the customer relations team and researching which technologies could help us provide a better service for the customer. You will be responsible for user management in CR systems and doing non-technical maintenance of support CRM, phone system and back office.

Requirements:

  • Business analyst experience
  • Background in IT
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Fluency in English
  • Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

Your team

You will be part of the Tech and Intelligence team within our Customer Relations department. A strong and talented team that's data-driven and inquisitive at heart in order to drive business decisions. We are responsible for our support CRM systems and understanding the needs and pain points of our customers via data analysis. We are driving product and service optimisation, monitor and prevent churn, among other exciting projects.
