About the role
Reporting into our UX researcher, you will be helping with a globalisation research project and supporting the day to day scheduling and note taking for interviews with our existing customers. Perfect for anyone at the start of their UX career journey, you'll get insight and exposure to the user research process for an expanding Saas company. You'll get involved with stakeholder meetings, recruit and screen participants and help with materials, all whilst learning how interviews and user testing guides are structured.
On a day to day basis you will:
- Recruit participants for User Research and Testing
- Schedule and coordinate with participants for User Research and Testing
- Help prepare testing materials such as discussion guides, consent forms, and schedules
- Take actionable notes during research sessions or usability tests
- Listen to user research recordings and type up notes
- Edit usability testing or user-research videos into video clips
- Help analyse research results
- Help run internal stakeholders workshops, focus groups and interviewsOur mission is to help employees live better, in life and at work.
Requirements
You will naturally be interested in getting into the UX field, with an analytical mind and experienced in dealing with qualitative data and you should be degree qualified in a research orientated subject.
You'll also need to be:
- Analytical amp; Data driven- with evidence of handling data and experience of research design
- Customer centric - with some experience of working with customers
- Confident - speaking to customers on the phone and over zoom
- Highly organised - with scheduling, note taking and juggling multiple tasks at once
