Sinch is looking to recruit a Regional Payroll Advisor EMEA.

Sinch is growing fast, and this is a new headcount. As our new Regional Payroll Advisor EMEA you will play a pivotal role in driving Sinch EMEA payroll efforts and mainly support the following territories: UK, Italy, Spain, France and South Africa. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, and you will have valuable input on a strategic level and assist in the payroll efforts in EMEA.

You will be part of the Finance team and report into the Head of Payroll, based in Atlanta, US.

As our new Regional Payroll Advisor EMEA you will:

• Be responsible for accurately and timely execution of EMEA payroll by working closely with payroll vendors in a timely manner, with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare payroll accrual and monthly payroll reconciliations reports
• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day payroll operations, employee payroll related issues, and questions concerning the payroll tools and processes as well as issues relating to local authorities
• Be responsible for management of data and documents, compile statistics and reports on a regular basis, ad hoc requests as well as Year-end reporting
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, HR teams and the payroll vendors on any payroll related reporting

In order to be successful in this role, you are a Payroll professional who knows the ins and out of Payroll in EMEA and you have excellent communication skills. You are used to working in a hands-on role in a fast paced international environment. You have strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency, with attention to detail. The role requires you to have the ability to work independently and take full ownership of your own work as well as be a team player.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 + years relevant experience of execution and coordination of payroll within EMEA, mainly within UK, Italy, Spain, France and South Africa.
• Solid knowledge of regulations and statutory requirements related to salaries, taxes, govt benefits and other payroll related matters required
• Experience in dealing with external payroll vendor and Business Partners
• Fluency in English in speech and writing, conversational level in French, Spanish and Italian
