What you’ll do
As part of the EF Talent Team you’ll sit at the forefront of our founder sourcing, pitching and learning about the investment process. This particular role looks at sourcing and recruiting high level CEO’s to found companies. Equally, you’ll be the back bone of our recruitment process running the operations behind our teams scheduling, offer process and onboarding.
+ Sourcing high level founders across Europe+ Pitching the EF investment deal to interested prospects+ Arranging interviews and booking follow ups with prospective talent+ Supporting visa applications for founders from across the world+ Generate investment contracts
Who we’re looking for
+ A recent graduate (2:1 or higher) or someone up to 1 year of experience+ Have a passion and understanding for Entrepreneurship+ Confident communicator+ Highly organised+ A professional presence with solid written, web and oral communication skills, demonstrating creativity and technical expertise
