We are a successful and fast growing B2B SaaS company offering a market-leading platform to enable enterprise retailers to manage queues and to accept bookings for in-store and virtual appointments. Our clients include enterprise retailers and banks from all over the world: including Pandora, Nike, Samsung, Tesco, Specsavers, NatWest, Standard Chartered, Asda, IQOS and many others.
During the pandemic we’ve had an even greater surge in client demand and are signing up new retailers every week. As a result, we are hiring an Implementation Manager / Project Manager who will work with our retail and banking clients to successfully and seamlessly engage them with our software capabilities and to support them in implementing and using our software within their business. In our small, agile team of 20 people, you will report directly to our Chief of Staff and you may also be required to help out across the business as required.
The ideal candidate will have had some level of work experience and will be highly personable and technologically adept.
Your main responsibility will be to work with new clients in a very hands-on way to drive adoption of our software across their stores and to measure the benefits that they are achieving through doing so.
