The Role.
It is a chance to build the groundwork for customer focussed servicing experience. Key responsibilities include
- Taking part for building a scalable customer centric process for applications from receipt of a signed mortgage offer to completion.
- Working closely with Solicitors, Brokers, Customer Champions and Underwriters
- Checking certificates, legal and offer documents
- Manage a pipeline of cases, create and manage visibility and accountability through metrics.
- Authenticate the Certificate of Title to ensure details provided from the of solicitors are accurate and adequate to proceed to completion.
- Perform Quality Control checks
- Be part of product planning and prioritisation and contribute with operational insights and knowledge

For this role we are looking for:
- Minimum two years Completions experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of end to end mortgage process and in particular the legal process from offer to completion
- Proficiency in dealing with Solicitors and mortgage brokers
- Good communication, analytical and numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
