The Role.
It is a chance to build the groundwork for customer focussed servicing experience. Key responsibilities include
- Oversight of loan portfolio health metrics and servicing based on those.
- Building and constantly improving the loan servicing processes (e.g. monitoring, product updates/expiry, complaints and arrears handling).
- Support customers and customer champions with servicing requests and solutions for time critical or complex problems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including audits support.
- Be part of product planning and prioritisation and contribute with operational insights and knowledge to improve, clarify and enable scaling.

For this role we are looking for:
- A subject matter expert in Primary and/or Special Servicing
- A strong understanding of mortgage products and services with a minimum of 3 years experience working in the UK mortgage or secured lending industry
- CeMAP desirable
