Job Description

THE ROLE

At Found, one of the SEO teams’ core role is that of a Digital PR Strategist. You support, not only the SEO team, but the rest of the business in a variety of areas from strategic thinking, development of your team, integration with other channels and Found services, and growth opportunities for your accounts and new business.

This is a new role to Found and has the opportunity to develop Digital PR as an offering at Found. To begin with you, you will be getting your hands dirty, working alongside the SEO Account Directors and Account Managers to create and deliver successful Digital PR Strategies. As this grows, you can have the opportunity to build this into an offering we take to market and build a team of a team of Digital PR specialists.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Map online audiences and communities to target for content placement
  • Build and manage relationships with influential bloggers, thought leaders, editorial staff etc.
  • Analyse social interactions and understand what content appeals to certain audiences
  • Maintain expertise on outreach strategies, digital PR and best practise industry trends for your team
  • Ensure that our content is successfully placed on relevant sites and acquiring links of a high quality on top publishers and blogs for client campaigns
  • Understand and adhere to Google updates and how this will impact on your content and outreach approach
  • Manage the outreach input of content production and social promotion
    with the team.

Requirements

  • Strong agency experience, delivering strategic Digital PR solutions to clients.
  • A team player, willing to share knowledge and discuss approaches and tactics but also able to work independently.
  • Approachable, supportive and accountable for their own, the clients’ and the team’s performance and outputs.
  • Forward thinking and solutions orientated.
  • Extremely collaborative across the agency.
  • A strong leader, manager and mentor.
