Collections Executive, Newport, salary up to 24,000
For over 40 years Target Group has worked with leading Financial Service providers and manage 19 million accounts. Our business is growing, and we have a number of opportunities for experienced Collections / Arrears Executives to join our fast paced and passionate business.
As an experienced collections / arrears executive, your day-day responsibilities will include;
- Making outbound calls to customers who have accounts in arrears, this can range from early through to late stage arrears
- Working with the customer to understand their financial situation, which will involve having detailed conversations and assessing affordability
- Following FCA guidelines to agree payment solutions
- Updating customer records and completing any associated administration, ensuring full and accurate details are recorded
Having worked in a fast paced and regulated environment previously, you will have the ability to recognise vulnerable customers and strive to deliver an excellent standard of customer experience time and time again. This position does require a demonstrable high level of emotional intelligence and empathy, as some of the conversations can be very sensitive with vulnerable customers.
