The role (what you’ll do):

  • Strategically plan portfolio to maximize Net Active Client Expansion amp; ensure world-class service to partners
  • Ensure quality of service is at the forefront, demonstrated through exceptional TTV and days in onboarding averages
  • Work closely with Customer Success amp; Revenue Operations to identify and manage data driven projects to drive active clients and improve the overall health of our Highest Value Partners Partners.
  • Sales readiness, product releases (betas)
  • Working in a structured and thoughtful manner; highly effective at planning time amp; continually experimenting with new ways of working for optimal results.
  • Develop detailed expertise in the Receipt Bank suite of products
  • Effectively educate customers on how to both use and implement the Receipt Bank suite of products across their practice and client base
  • Deliver consultative calls with our highest value Accounting and Bookkeeping customers - advising customers on best practice when implementing Receipt Bank while also challenging customers on behaviours that may prohibit successful implementation
  • Create and execute adoption plans that empower customers to implement Receipt Bank suite of products across their practice
  • Effectively conduct 1:many training sessions for our customer base to an very high standard
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing feedback from partners on level of service, experience with the product etc.
  • Proactively reach out to our Customer base on a daily basis
  • Achieve daily and weekly call KPI’s and quotas
  • Working towards and achieving your monthly quotas and KPI’s

Requirements

Skills Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer facing experience required
  • Experience working towards targets/ quotas desired
  • Experience with Accounting Softwares desired (Xero, Sage, Quickbooks etc.)
  • Accounting industry practice knowledge / experience required
