The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, is highly organised, can prioritise effectively, has a strong work ethic and a passion to build to get our partners set up perfectly from the start.

Requirements
- Coordinate with partner amp; other team members to ensure partners are onboarded quickly amp; effectively.
- Provide training and support to onboard, educate and optimise partners on the platform.
- Build and optimise business profile listings on the Fresha marketplace.
- Coordinate photography shoots between agency and partners.
- Assist our merchants in improving their listings and online presence.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in ensuring that merchants’ photos, descriptions, service menus, addresses, descriptions, and all other content is adequately conveyed.
- Assist in data entry and documentation for partners.
- Must feel comfortable working with data and excel.
- Provide continuous quality assurance on the marketplace to ensure the marketplace looks good at all times.
- Proactively feedback on opportunities that may optimise our internal processes, improve customer experience and drive conversion.
- Operational support to deploy Fresha terminals: ownership of end to end distribution process (from Fresha to partners)inc. packaging, assignment and assisting with getting the partner active.
Essential Skills
- Highly comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong, passionate and positive communication skills - you will keep our partners excited!
- Self motivated and able work on own initiative.
- Highly organised and structured, high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Data migration / onboarding automation experience a distinct advantage.
