Job Description

Blue Robot offers social automation and chatbot experiences to global brands. We deliver solutions across Twitter, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Spotify, Pinterest and Twitch.

We are looking for someone to help grow our business in a way that makes us and our partners proud. As a Blue Robot Account Manager, you’ll be expected to liaise with an already existing book of clients, grow and develop relationships as well as foster new client relationships, ultimately aimed at generating sales and achieving revenue goals for the business.

Engaging with brands and agencies will be your key go to market strategy, solving business challenges with our solutions. A great deal of importance is focused on being able to explain technical capabilities in a simple and concise way.

This role offers the opportunity to work in the merging tech and advertising sectors, whilst being exposed to leading social platforms, brands and agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new and grow existing account revenues
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets
  • Provide day-to-day support to allocated customers
  • Manage brand direct and agency relationships
  • Reporting on campaign performance
  • Activate new customers through strategic selling
  • Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
  • Fulfil all role functionalities associated with operations and sales


A typical day consists of:

  • Educating brands amp; agencies through consultative sales presentations
  • Foster and develop senior level relationships within these agencies and brands
  • Preparing and presenting high value strategic proposals
  • Help clients create and execute effective campaigns, measure results, and renew partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Liaising with our Customer Success Team and Brand Strategy teams for day-to-day support

Requirements


  • Digital sales experience (minimum 2 - 3 years)
  • Digital marketing experience
  • Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
  • Knowledge of EMEA agency landscape
  • Excellent presentation skills - spoken and written
  • Good numerical skills - create Keynote proposals and insertion orders independently
  • An ambitious, tenacious and positive can-do attitude
  • Passion for tech innovation
  • Impeccable Sales Hygiene and knowledge of CRM practices
