Often described as the "best job" at Camelot, the Winner Advisor plays an integral role in ensuring our winners have a winning experience that is joyful, celebratory and tailored to their needs. The Winner Experience Team is responsible for delivering best-in-class customer experience and supporting lottery winners regardless of the size of their win.

How you'll make a difference

Recognising that it is a truly life-changing event and different for everyone, the aim of the Winner Advisor is to deliver a winning experience that is joyful, celebratory and relevant for every winner and their family tailored to their individual needs.
What you'll bring to the table
- You will be great with people and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience. Having strong morals and integrity are a must; often you will be the only person who knows about a lottery winner and you will need to keep this to yourself in order to protect winner anonymity. You will have excellent judgement and the ability to make good decisions as you will need to assess what support a winner may need to ensure they have the best winning experience.
- You will need to travel to secret locations across North West England area and up to the borders, but on occasion the rest of the UK.
- You can build and maintain effective relationships with the people you meet along the way lottery winners, colleagues, lawyers and bank managers.
- You have high standards and excellent attention to detail.
