About the Role:

As Managing Director for our Subscriptions businesses, you will be responsible for the Pamp;L of GLOSSYBOX, LOOKFANTASTIC Beauty Box and our developing white label proposition. You will direct the global brand, ecommerce, marketing, product development and operations of the businesses and be responsible setting the three-year strategy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving both strategy and execution in a highly entrepreneurial environment, operating with agility and speed.

Responsibilities:

Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate our key brand objectives as well as the strategies to achieve these objectives and the associated metrics to track progression.
  • Develop and execute growth plans across our whole portfolio of products within our subscriptions division always optimising towards increasing the size of our community and increasing our share of wallet.
  • Ownership of three-year global strategy whilst empowering territory heads to develop localised plans for their individual markets. Our ambition is to maintain our position as Europe’s number one beauty sampling business as well as increasing our market share globally.
  • Driving growth across all lines of the Pamp;L - revenue, GP, distribution and fulfilment costs, COS, staffing and ultimately EBITDA.
  • Using our in-house data and technology platform to develop and execute of our commercial proposition to our brand partners. Leveraging the insights and buying power of our community to drive opportunities for brands to provide targeted and relevant products for our subscriber base.
  • Ownership of the key projects pipeline for the Subscriptions businesses and defining future priority projects around the subscription division key pillars of: growing the subscriber base and brand equity, global expansion, increasing profitability, driving greater share of consumer’s wallets.
  • Regularly working alongside finance, data and territory teams to ensure consistent daily, weekly and ad-hoc reporting is in place across relevant KPIs to ensure the delivery of the Pamp;L and key projects are on track to deliver within the agreed timeframes.
