About the Division:
THG Brands - Health
Myprotein, THG’s largest brand. You will find an unrivalled passion from the staff in Myprotein, whose dedication over the years have turned it into market leader in multiple territories globally. Myprotein, from production through to PR, is a large single unit working consistently to deliver rapid growth in a fast moving industry. Innovation, creativity and resourcefulness are common characteristic of the staff across all departments in this ever expanding team.
We are looking to grow the team looking at Myprotein Russia which is one of the fastest growing locales within the business, in this role you will report into the Russia Country Manager and support by leading marketing activity in order to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to the Myprotein Russia website.
The Role:
- Execution of influencer campaigns
- Complete end-to-end relationship management with influencers, from initial outreach emails to processing payments
- Building and executing localised campaigns
- Leading new product development for Russia and wider Eastern Europe
- Liaise with Content, Social, Campaign and Digital teams to execute 360 marketing campaigns
- Research customer demographic/gap analysis in order to identify growth areas for the brand
- Researching new trends and areas of innovation, identifying new opportunities to help grow Myprotein brand awareness and reach
- Seek partnership opportunities with external contributors and/or publishers to drive reach new audiences
- Transitioning of Myprotein Russia affiliate program from AWIN to a local platform
- Organising and executing Myprotein events
- Monitoring the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites for opportunities for our brands
Requirements
- Top level graduate with a strong academic track record (marketing degree preferred)
- Russian Language skills to native level both written and verbal
- 1-2 years experience in marketing preferred
- Strong interest in Digital marketing channels and e-commerce
- Interest in the fitness/wellbeing/nutrition market
- Proven communication and influencing skills
- Commercially astute, ambitious and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility
