About the Role

As PBK continues to exceed it’s 2021 ambitions, we’re looking to expand our ecommerce resource and capabilities on our USA and Canadian territory websites. Our .com has won ecommerce awards for its ability to sell performance kit and apparel with an excellent service proposition. Arguably one of the strongest cycling ecommerce retailers in North America, we’re excited to see this region grow to it’s potential.

This is an all-encompassing marketing and trading role, taking responsibility for a 7-figure turnover across a variety of sales and marketing channels.

• Analyse amp; optimise PBK North America sales performance looking at daily and monthly KPIs in addition to owning longer-term growth and profitability goals.
• Develop and deliver a short and medium term promotional strategy, that encompasses CRM, performance marketing and site merchandising projects in collaboration with the PBK marketing team.
• Uncover new opportunities to grow market share, increase loyalty and deliver new customer acquisition.
• Close collaboration with product, brand amp; performance marketing teams, championing the region and owning the delivery of cross functional projects.
• Support the development of a North American team, across brand, product amp; marketing.

Requirements

• 18 months experience in trading, ecommerce or performance marketing.
• Natural leadership qualities with strong influencing amp; impact skills.
• Commercially minded, with excellent numerical mindset.
• Personal or professional background in USA markets is of particular interest.
• Any kind of cycling background is of particular interest.
