To support our ambitious app growth plans, we are looking for an Organic Growth Executive to play a pivotal role in our apps journey.
The Organic Growth Executive will work within our small and agile App Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in improving our discoverability on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and growing our app install base.
Requirements
Plan and execute ASO projects across THG’s app portfolio, analysing and improving KPIs relating to store page conversion rates and organic install growth
Be the in-house expert for keyword research and keyword optimisation across multiple apps
Conduct in-depth competitor and industry analysis
Work closely with various internal teams and key stakeholders to develop best-in-class store assets and copy.
Set up and manage A/B testing processes

About you
Live and breathe all things apps if there’s an app for it, you’ve got it.
A good creative eye you can spot a perfectly optimised app icon a mile away.
Comfortable working with, and interpreting, large data sets into actionable insights.
An agile and iterative mindset - you see every challenge and every failure as an opportunity to learn.
Excellent copywriting skills
Experience in App Store Optimisation or SEO
Basic design skills such as Photoshop
