Today our offering includes a digital freight forwarding platform and we are looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager who can lead new customer implementations and solutions while playing a central role in forming the implementation function and the Zencargo journey ahead.
Requirements
What Youll Need:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in customer-facing project management roles
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in delivering software solutions
- Strong project management and organisational skills backed up by a project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
- Experience in implementing Logistics, Supply Chain or SaaS solutions
- Experience in leading technical conversations (e.g. Data Structure, API) with stakeholders from multiple levels
- Experience in leading multiple cross-functional project teams at a time
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to solve problems and deliver results through creative solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude and willingness to be hands-on in a fast-paced, growing company
What Youll Do:
- Lead new customer implementations for our Zencargo platform solution to ensure on-time delivery with a standard of service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Coordinate a cross-functional implementation team through the implementation process, while maintaining and communicating the implementation status.
- Develop an excellent understanding of the Zencargo Platform and its capabilities to support any platform-related questions within an implementation or within our sales process.
- Liaise with technical stakeholders during implementation or within a sales process to discuss requirements and technical details integrating with the Zencargo Platform.
- Ensure the successful rollout of new product features to our existing customers by working closely with product and customer success teams.
- Continuously work on improving the implementation process and tools.
