Kïdo are a network of innovative international nurseries with 24 settings across India, Hong Kong, Dubai, USA and the UK. We fuse the best practises from the Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Waldorf Steiner approaches and marry this with beautiful learning environments. We use technology and a strong focus on customized learning to help children develop cognitive, social, emotional, physical, creative and reasoning skills. We are looking for a passionate Room Leaders for our brand new Nursery in Greenwich.


About the Nursery:

Our Greenwich nursery is a beautiful spacious setting which holds just over 100 children. The nursery has a lovely view overlooking the river and opposite a playground. We have a large play area, expansive learning spaces and lots of natural light. There's a riverside walk all the way down to Greenwich park and Cutty shark. Our Greenwich nursery is less than a 10 minute walk from Maze Hill station and a 15 minute walk from Greenwich DLR station.

Kïdo are on a journey of development and progress and are looking for passionate dedicated people to join us as we open more nurseries and grow quickly.

The Administration and Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) is a vital role that provides a link between the exceptional service that we offer for our children and the high standards that we excel at meeting for their parents/carers.

The PRM is the first point of contact for families with Kïdo and then continues to make a family’s experience at the school a true success in terms of delivering on our promises, maintaining exceptional communication, being key people that can provide expertise, knowledge and support as their children develop and grow with Kïdo. You are also responsible for making sure that the Nursery Managers are fully supported by carrying out all administrative and finance duties at the schools and supporting the Managers and Practitioners to be able to do their roles to the best that they can, this involves juggling many business operations alongside exceptional people skills.

As an Administration and Parent Relationship Manager you’ll be:

  • A true champion for the Kïdo values, you ensure that every child and family receive the very best service from us throughout their whole journey all the way from initial enquiry, throughout their entire membership and upon graduation.
  • You will take ownership for sales and enquiries, enrolment and membership queries, marketing activities and be the primary point of contact. You will excel at interpersonal communications and always seek to pre-empt questions and proactively problem solve.
  • You will be responsible for the finances within the nursery, this will include invoicing, debt management and liaising with local authorities for children's funding.
  • You will take ownership for all administrative duties within the school, being highly organised and efficient to ensure that operations are smooth and seamless.
  • You will carry out duties as requested by the Nursery Managers to support the nursery team to be able to fully fulfil their roles.
  • You’ll need to manage the nursery inbox and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be computer and Excel literate.
  • Working closely with the Nursery Manager and the school team you’ll immerse yourself in the Kïdo culture and curriculum so that you’re able to confidently represent Kïdo at every opportunity.
  • You will be responsible for leading marketing activities and spreading the word about Kïdo to build an interactive, fun and supportive community within our school, and spread word of mouth throughout the local area.

Requirements

You'll need to have exceptional numerical, written and verbal skills, and be confident using outlook, office and Excel.

This role will be based in Greenwich and will report to the Nursery Manager.


  • Salary 22,000-24,000 experience dependant.
