Learning and Development support the people strategy and operational requirements in relation to business growth and day to day responsibilities for skills, development, design and projects. Our vision is To provide effective, safe and quality learning interventions for the heart of our business in the role they are taking, the role they are in and the role they want in the future It is an integral department within operations supporting staff from their first day and through their career progression within THG.

Responsibilities:

• Effective and Strategic Planning to balance the vision of People and Operations
• Peak planning for your site(s)
• Learning Needs Analysis
• Design and Deliver Career Progression interventions alongside the Leadership and Development Team
• Create positive working relationships with our Agency partners
• Support the operational Graduates and Apprentices
• Manage and develop a team of Lamp;D Specialists and Coordinators
• Build relationships with stakeholders
• Create and deliver site Lamp;D strategy linked to the overall People Strategy
