Proxymity is here to change the investor communications landscape. Our mission is to bring digital transparency to proxy voting and other asset servicing processes, making them faster, simpler and more efficient. Our purpose is to solve complex problems for our customers through connectivity, adding value to partners throughout our ecosystem.

Proxymity’s pioneering investor communications platform connects issuers, intermediaries and investors in real time via our unique digital pathway, which brings efficiency, accuracy and transparency to every participant in the global custody chain. We give confidence to public companies that their AGM/EGM agendas are transmitted as golden source, and provide institutional investors with the time they need to research and vote on corporate decisions, as well as true digital confirmation that their votes have been received.

We are a fast moving scale up backed by some of the biggest names in the industry. Our team has grown 3X in the past six months, and we are set to expand in the next 12 months and beyond, gaining new customers and continuing to deliver on our innovative solutions.
