The Creative Solutions department provides a crucial service to the commercial teams allowing them to generate revenue across all Future brands. Our Design and Content arm provides innovative sales packages and pitching options, and our Delivery Team ensures all projects run smoothly and deliver above expectations. The team works across a wide range of projects such as video productions, online content marketing, digital advertising and print and we coordinate with internal departments and third party suppliers to put it all together. It is a fast paced department that offers daily challenges and we have a fantastic team that loves what they do.

Using your excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects, big and small. From the moment we receive the brief you will become the point of contact for the client and responsible for distilling that brief into a project plan with a clear set of deliverables and objectives. From sourcing writers and designers, to coordinating with the social media team on how best to reach our audience, you will be responsible for every element of the project. We work with internal and external teams and to tight deadlines so staying on top of all your projects, reporting on progress or problems is part of your day to day.

What is expected of me in the role?

  • Manage a range of small, fast turn around projects at the same time as other more complex projects
  • Briefing the digital editor on upcoming campaigns, at the point of commission, and sending regular status updates
  • Managing advertising content schedules across web, social platforms and newsletters, ensuring no inventory conflicts
  • Coordinate with internal and external suppliers, ensuring all teams are briefed and updated regularly.
  • Ensure projects are tracking on time.
  • Managing client communications, ensuring at all times they are updated on the project progress and all their expectations are consistently managed.
  • Briefing and managing a range of creative suppliers such as copy writers, subbers, designers, videographers and photographers.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are delivered successfully. Ie) all campaign items are delivered in full, all KPIs are achieved, social media support activated and campaign budgets met etc.
  • Produce End of Campaign reports by using a range of social media and analytics tools.
  • Ensuring departmental objectives and workflows are being adhered to.
  • Supporting other team members with your expertise and knowledge.
  • Providing training and mentoring of junior staff as required.
  • Developing an expert knowledge of the website and brand
  • Raising POs and monitoring campaign budget to protect the Pamp;L.

Requirements

What experience should I have to be successful?

  • Experience of project management within a creative field ideal but transferable skills considered.
  • Experience of print advertising / digital advertising / online content..
  • Knowledge of social media targeting and publishing
  • Ability to manage a complex and high volume workload.
  • Confidence to manage cross departmental issues and ensure the Project Management teams aims and objectives are communicated and maintained.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Happy attitude to work and the people around you
  • A desire to get stuck in and get the work done
