I have a fantastic role available for a Retail Insight Manager. This role will be working in a new team that has recently been created - Retail Development and Strategic Planning Team. You will report into a newly appointed Strategy Manager and Commercial Manager delivering world class market, category and financial insight to fuel the retail strategic plan and decision-making process. This team will work closely with our Retail Commercial Director developing and delivering the retail strategic plan.
The Retail Insight Manager will develop and deliver on-going high quality joined up insight from a category, commercial, and macro external environment. It will be critical to partner with other functions to bring together expertise and thinking to answer the big strategic questions and ensure insight and thinking is joined up; DI, Financial services, finance and the retail team will all be key relationships.
Success in this role requires a strong commercial and analytical orientation.

Requirements
Essential knowledge, skills, role specific qualifications:
Along with a logical mindset and common-sense approach, it’s really important you have strong SQL experience as a baseline technical skillset. Experience of working with Power BI would be beneficial, although not essential. We can build on that by teaching you our toolkits and the unique pieces of kit we use across the team.
