How can you change it up?

Our Learning amp; Development team are at the heart of making sure all our employees have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge, progressing their careers whilst working at CityFibre and providing the absolute best service to our customers. You’ll be joining the team to lead on the design, development, delivery and evaluation of a learning intervention to support our Customer Excellence Programme.

Some of what you’ll be doing will include:

  • Reporting into our Lamp;D partner to execute training needs analysis, building learning programmes that meet our internal training needs
  • Identifying and adapting current and future training requirements
  • Ensuring time is allocated to training, moving to more structured delivery through effective deployment
  • Ensuring training needs can be set by operations teams and are tracked / managed through a central system
  • Scaling training by moving to pro-active cohort training
  • Conducting critical skill gap analysis and developing appropriate training intervention
  • Managing the onboarding process for Customer, ensuring everyone has attended our induction, building a Customer specific element to this
  • Engaging with managers to encourage on-the-job coaching, working with the Lamp;D partner to encourage mentorship partnerships

What will you bring to the role?

We’re a fast-paced organisation with ambitious goals and the drive to continually improve our service. We need an experienced, engaging and equally ambitious training professional to help us achieve this!

You’ll have a proven track record in designing, delivering and evaluating training (including ROI), knowledge of Learning Management Software, fantastic communication and presentation skills, and the ability to easily engage / communicate with and influence stakeholders.
