This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work in a role which will have a very big impact on Sinch business and growth journey. The essence of the role As the business context becomes more interconnected, more complex and more technology enabled, the skills of organisation design and development are increasingly demanded. The Organizational Design (OD) Project Lead will help acquired companies and Sinch to figure out the the optimal organizational design, manage specific projects mainly of cross-functional and complex nature. You will lead improvement projects on organizational reorganisation and optimisation. This is a 6-12 month contract with possibility to be prolonged or make permanent, where you'll work very close to strategic decisions in Sinch and have high impact on the business.


As our new Mamp;A Organizational Design Project Lead you will:

  • Work with business stakeholders to organise the work and people in order to best achieve its goals, aims and strategy
  • Review of entire organisation structure from synergy and effectiveness perspective
  • Perform analysis on OD risks and opportunities
  • Facilitate the overall organisation design process including scenario planning
  • Manage individual and group consultations
  • Create and update plans, communication and change management plans
  • Conduct organizational design health checks and drive improvement projects
  • Lead new country entry project management
  • Lead organisational design revision and restructuring project management
  • Ensure that OD tools, best practices and lessons learned are documented
  • Work with other substreams, leads and external consultants in different change managment projects


Who are you?

You are an experienced change manager with strong OD background, who loves when all organizational pieces and puzzles are solved, from design stage to implementation.

You have a solutions oriented mindset, are curious, open-minded, structured and can adapt your communication to different stake holders.

In order to be successful in this role you have/are:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-8 year of relevant experience as an OD or change manager
  • Experience leading global and regional change initiatives
  • Analytical skills and theories, including systems, complexity and contingency and use of tools for analysis, design and implementation
  • Experience within core central HR specialist functions, other support functions like Finance and IT as well as company core functions as Sales, Operations, Product, Platform
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to have a holistic approach as well as to prioritize, communicate on top-level risks and requirements, and suggest mitigation approaches
  • Experience of working in matrix, global organisations
  • Full verbal and written business level proficiency in English
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office in general and in Powerpoint and Excel in particular this will be an essential tool for accomplishing many tasks and deliverables
