Job Description

Your Challenge

You'll be working as part of the Supply team helping build and manage product and sales information. Within a year you'll have killed it if:

  • You own the data and reporting side of the department
  • You have built clear dashboards that are readily available for the supply team to use
  • You have developed weekly reporting to: improve stock levels, manage returns data, margins, pricing
  • You have developed (with the AM team) quarterly reviews for our suppliers
  • You are confident that you have put everything in place so that all necessary data is being captured


What you'll be up to

On the Analytics side:

  • Develop dashboards and reports (working with our Data team) to keep track of sales and stock performances at different levels (brand, category, regions..)
  • Produce relevant action-driven insights to be shared with the teams to drive business decision, exploring opportunities to maximise business
  • Feed the insights and the information into the weekly team meeting


On the Planning side

  • Refresh and update sales planning models dedicated to key brands
  • Refresh and update the Fy! category range plan
  • Develop tracking tools to be able to understand our sales position vs projection and influence dedicated actions to be taken accordingly
  • Monitor stock to make sure is in line to reach targets
  • Building Quarterly suppliers reviews, category reviews amp; price point reviews

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Above all else we're looking for someone who's smart, innovative, organised and enjoys getting stuck in and analysing data. You should be excited about presenting your findings and be able to do so in a clear and concise way. You're a ambitious team player interested in seeing the effects of your research.


  • A bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of merchandising experience
  • Excel and SQL (required), ideally Looker
  • Experience working in Demand or Supply Planning, Analytics or Consulting, ideally in the industry
  • Excellent planning/modelling, analytics, organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills; take complex data and make it easily understandable
  • You have technical skills for processing and analysing large amounts of data
  • You have a flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and scoping work focus
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Past experience presenting data to internal stack-holders
  • Hunger for a fast-paced environment with constant change
