Purpose of the role:

KTN is committed to EDamp;I both through our People Strategy and through the projects and programmes we deliver for and with our clients and partners.

Diversity is essential if we are to maximise positive change through innovation. KTN plays a pivotal role in creating the diverse connections to drive such a positive change.

KTN will work with strategic partners and clients on taking collective action to ensure that innovation is driven from a more diverse base that supports better innovation outcomes and helps the UK become a leading nation in diversity and inclusion nationally and globally.

This role will involve managing a range of internal and external EDamp;I focused activities. This will include the high-profile Innovate UK programmes Women in Innovation and Young Innovators, which are delivering high-quality support to over 100 individual award winners as well as the 6500+ Women in Innovation and 1800+ Young Innovators communities.

The role will work closely with the Knowledge Transfer Manager - Diversity amp; Inclusion. Furthermore, the role will work closely with KTN’s Executive on the development of KTN’s EDamp;I Strategy.


Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage selected client EDamp;I focused projects including budget, risk, resourcing and reporting.
  • Planning and designing projects and proactively monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
  • Management of project work packages or delivery of specific project tasks, including supporting delivery of projects managed by another project lead;
  • Co-ordination of new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of benefits.
