WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Graduate to join our team, helping us to work towards a full fibre future by delivering local marketing plans in our Gigabit Cities.
You’ll work closely with your Regional Marketing Manager to create, execute and measure the success of local marketing and communication strategies / plans across the region. Using your engagement skills and local insight, you’ll support on events, messaging, collateral, campaigns and communications, ensuring brand consistency whilst still resonating with our local audiences.
You’ll also be:
- Managing and delivering local campaigns to gain stakeholder buy-in and support for our Gigabit City projects
- Minimising the impact of the construction process on the community through strong communication with residents
- Developing and attending local events to network and engage with residents, raising awareness surrounding the benefits of full fibre
- Helping to deliver the city marketing and communications plan and budget in a timely and impactful manner
- Effectively reporting on local city marketing activity
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
We have a fantastic marketing team at CityFibre whose expertise and knowledge spans all variety of backgrounds, so if you have a genuine passion for marketing and are hungry to succeed and learn, then our team can provide you with the tools to get there! We’re looking for someone to have recently graduated with a degree in a marketing related field as a starting point.
As this role is based regionally, you’ll be attending a range of exciting events and meetings, so it’s essential that you have a full driving licence and access to your own transport as there will be regular travel involved (circa 2 days per week). Great local insight and knowledge of the cities within these is also a must!
You’ll be supporting on lots of different types of marketing activities, so you’ll need to be creative, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to organise your own workload in a busy environment.
