Requirements

An experienced Product Manager and a resourceful and flexible team player who can set goals and direction for yourself. Taking the initiative and suggesting improvements comes naturally to you. You’re detail-oriented and precise but can also see the big picture. You can lead yourself, plan your own work and be a reliable partner for different stakeholders.

• Performing regular Customer research to understand their needs and pain points and bring that back to the team.
• Identifying and validating Customer problems to be solved, end-user requirements, value drivers, return on investment, etc
• Exploring ways to deliver value for Cloudmore and its customers, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision.
• Executing and owning projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
• Developing a deep understanding and knowledge of the Cloudmore product and customer uses cases.
• Specifically plan and execute research to understand customer use cases for the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program
• Deep dive into Microsoft API documentation and product logic for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and Azure
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Partner Center and Azure Portal
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft product news and updates and communicate relevant insights to the product team
• Writing functional and non-functional User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to Collaborate with Engineering on delivery.
• Identifying Key Metrics that let you measure the value of what you are delivering to market.
• Championing the Customer Experience because the Revenue, Retention and Growth goals are on you

Key Requirements

• 4+ experience as a Product Manager in a B2B, SAAS environment
• Enough technical knowledge to gain the respect of your Engineering counterparts
• Understanding of APIs and the ability to use them
• Understanding of Data, Databases and Data Warehouses to know how to drive insights
• Strong belief in being Evidence-led in your decision making
• Great Communication and Presentation skills in Written and Spoken English
• UX Wireframing/Prototyping skills are a nice to have
